OFM Multi-Plateforme : Gérer OF + Fansly + MYM

Single platform dependency = danger.

Tier 1 (core) : OnlyFans. 70% of creators still there. Biggest audience. Highest revenue generally. Must have.

Tier 2 (secondary) : Fansly. Growing. Better payout (75% vs OnlyFans 80%). Less strict moderation. Good backup.

Tier 3 (niche) : JustForFans. Similar to OnlyFans but emerging. 10-20% of creators. Good diversification.

Tier 4 (short-form) : TikTok. Not for monetization (no direct subscription) but for funnel top. Drives traffic to platforms that monetize.

Tier 5 (emerging) : Spicy, AIFans, others. Emerging but risky. Use only as secondary if you have capital to test.

Strategy multi-platform simple

Option 1 : Replicate exact content. Same photos, same caption, same everything on OnlyFans + Fansly + JustForFans. Pros : simple to manage. Cons : audience might see same content and not subscribe elsewhere.

Option 2 : Exclusive content per platform. OnlyFans gets A, Fansly gets B, JustForFans gets C. Pros : each audience is incentivized to join platform where they see exclusive stuff. Cons : 3x content creation.

Option 3 (my recommendation) : 70% shared, 30% exclusive. Core content goes everywhere (70%). Special exclusive content per platform (30%). Balance between effort and incentive.

The TikTok funnel

TikTok is your awareness layer. You get viral, get followers, link to OnlyFans/Fansly in bio and link in comments/captions (when allowed).

TikTok strategy : post 3-5x per day, consistency is key, engagement is more important than perfection. "I'm posting a hot video every day" = TikTok growth. Within 60 days you could have 50K followers if content is good.

Conversion : of 50K TikTok followers, maybe 2-3K click your bio link, maybe 500 join OnlyFans, maybe 300 join Fansly. That's 800 new subscribers across platforms from TikTok alone.

Effort : 1h/day to create and post TikToks. ROI : insane. TikTok should be non-negotiable for any creator in 2026.

The YouTube angle

YouTube is underutilized. You can post same content as TikTok (Shorts) but also long-form. Long-form educational (how to build OF, tips for creators, etc) can monetize directly.

Bonus : YouTube algorithm favor watch time. If you build 1h per week of content (either Shorts or long-form), YouTube pays. Not a lot ($50-500/month for mid-tier channels) but it's additional revenue stream.

How : repurpose TikTok content into Shorts (1:1), post weekly. Also post 1x per week longer video (15-30min) about your industry/tips. This builds authority + income.

Social media presence layer

Twitter/X : for brand building and thought leadership. "I manage OFM creators, here's what I learned." Long-form tweets. Can drive traffic but rarely direct subscribers. But builds authority = helps recruiting/hiring.

Instagram : secondary to TikTok but still has audience. Less funny, more aesthetic usually. Link to OnlyFans in bio here too. Same content or variations.

Telegram/Discord : for community building and VIP. You can charge for exclusive Telegram (2€/month). This is community-based revenue outside platform dependence.

Payment diversification

Having multiple platforms also means multiple payment processors. OnlyFans pays via Stripe, Fansly pays via Tipalti, JustForFans pays via their own system.

Why it matters : if Stripe freezes your account (they're restrictive for adult content), you still get paid via Fansly and JustForFans. Redundancy = safety.

Content calendar multi-platform

Weekly rhythm :

Monday-Friday : 1 TikTok per day (5 total)

Saturday : 1 photo shoot session (take 10 photos)

Sunday : edit photos, schedule week on OnlyFans/Fansly/JustForFans, schedule TikToks for next week

Overhead : ~6-8h/week for content creation + 3-4h/week for management = 10-12h/week total.

Revenue : TikTok 500-1000€/month (if you monetize via funnel), OnlyFans 2000€, Fansly 500€, JustForFans 200€, YouTube 100€ = 3300€/month combined.

That's 3.5x more than single platform (1000€ on OnlyFans only).

Risks of multi-platform

Risk 1 : spread too thin. You manage 5 platforms poorly rather than 2 well. Solution : automate. Use scheduling tools. Use same content on multiple platforms.

Risk 2 : audience overlap. Someone who finds you on TikTok might also join OnlyFans, but they're same person. You're not 3x audience, maybe 1.3x. That's ok still, but understand the math.

Risk 3 : policy differences. Content ok on Fansly might violate OnlyFans policy. Know the rules of each platform.

Platform to avoid in 2026

Snapchat : past its peak, older audience, hard to monetize

BeReal : not monetizable

Threads : too new, unproven monetization

Any new platform promising "easier monetization" : usually scam or not sustainable

Stick with established : OnlyFans, Fansly, JustForFans, TikTok, YouTube. Those are real.

The scaling play

Year 1 : build on TikTok + OnlyFans. Prove concept.

Year 2 : add Fansly + YouTube. Diversify income.

Year 3 : explore emerging (JustForFans, others). You have capital to test, less risk.

Don't start everywhere day 1. Start 2 platforms, nail them, then expand.
