Mais il y a des complications (timezone, language, payment, cultural differences). Voilà comment les naviguer.
Pourquoi les modèles internationales sont une goldmine

Payment et légal
Tax consideration : if you're paying someone outside your country, there might be tax implications. Not my lane to advise legally, but get a local accountant in your country to advise.
Payment method : PayPal is easiest but expensive (fees ~5%). Wise is cheaper (~1-2%) but slower. Crypto instant but she need crypto wallet. Banking is cheapest but slowest.
Contract : include : commission %, payment method, payment schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), term (6 months typical), what happens if she quit mid-term, rights to content (can you reuse photos after she leaves ?), etc.
Revenue math : international team
Scenario : 2 local French girls making 1500€/month each (you take 30%) = 900€. 3 international girls from lower cost countries making 800€/month each (you take 50%) = 1200€. Total portfolio = 6 girls, 7100€/month revenue.
Effort : maybe 10h/week. That's 710€/hour effectively. And it compound as they grow.
Success stories international
Common pattern : French/European manager + Brazilian girls = explosion. Why ? Brazilian girls are naturally flirty/energetic, French audience (and European) have fetish for Brazilian vibe. Match made in heaven. Some managers have 10+ Brazilian creators making 30-50K€/month combined.

Red flags avec les internationales
Red flag : asking for upfront payment ("I need 100€ to start"). Instant no. You never pay upfront. Commission model only.
Red flag : she disappears after you wire first payment. Then you realize she was a catfish or opportunist. Always use escrow or payment-on-delivery.
Red flag : she promises unrealistic numbers ("I can make you 10K€/month in 2 weeks"). Not realistic. Anyone promising quick money is likely scammer.
Red flag : she has very limited availability ("I can only work 2h/week"). Too little, not worth the overhead.
Leveling up : create your international team brand
Once you have 3-5 international creators, you can build a brand around it. "I manage international models" could be your positioning. Make content about it, make testimonials from international girls about working with you. Becomes recruiting magnet.
