Les modèles débutantes c'est ta goldmine si tu sais comment les manager. Pourquoi ? Parce qu'elles ont pas d'ego établi, elles sont super motivées à lancer, et elles grandissent vite. Un débutante peut passer de 0 à 2000€/mois en 2-3 mois si tu la coachis bien. Et ta commission grimpe avec elle.
Le secret ? Avoir un système reproductible pour débutantes.
Pourquoi les débutantes sont meilleure que les "experienced creators"
Débutante advantage #1 : pas de price negotiation. Une girl avec 50K followers va demand 50% commission. Une débutante ? Elle est juste happy d'avoir 1000€/mois et va take 70-80% to you, 20-30% to her. Plus d'argent pour toi.

Place #3 : DM strategy. DM filles qui ont aesthetic mais zero OF presence. "Hey, I noticed you have amazing vibe. Have you ever thought about OF ? I coach people from zero." Some gonna be interested.
Place #4 : TikTok "casting" vidéos. "Looking for 5 girls to launch their OF this month. DM me if interested." Viral potential + direct recruitment.
Place #5 : Instagram model pages. Search hashtags #modelwanted #castingcall #onlinemodels. Those pages have girls desperate to monetize.
Key filter : motivation > look. Une motivated 6/10 va make 3000€/month. Une unmotivated 9/10 va make 500€. Pick character.
Le coaching system pour débutantes
Week 1-2 : Setup. T'aides à créer des accounts, understand les basics (what to post, what not to post, legal stuff), et on prend quelques photos tests.
Week 3-4 : Launch. Elle poste son first content, tu help promote sur ton audience, tu teach mass DM strategy. Goal : 100 followers + 5 early subscribers.
Week 5-8 : Momentum. Content schedule becomes consistent. She's posting 5-7x/week. DM game is strong. Revenue starts flowing. 500-800€ range usually.

Mistake #3 : taking too much commission early. Even if your agreement is 70/30, consider reducing to 80/20 for first month to motivate. She makes 1000€ (800€ for her) = she's hooked. After she's hooked, re-negotiate.
Mistake #4 : bad contract. Contract must be clear : commission %, term (6 months typical), what happens if she wants to leave, rights to images, etc. Verbal agreement = drama.
Mistake #5 : comparing her to others. She compares herself to top creators and demotivates. Keep her eyes on her own trajectory. "You're growing x3 faster than average. Great job."
Red flags dans le recruiting
Red flag #1 : she's only interested for money short-term. "Can I make 5000€ in month 1 ?". Probably not serious or has wrong expectations.
Red flag #2 : she's embarrassed ou scared. Lots of "but what if my family finds out ?" ou "I'm not comfortable showing my body". Support her but if the fear is too big, she won't execute.
Red flag #3 : she's flaky. She's late to calls, doesn't respond quickly, postpones photoshoots. Flakiness = she won't be consistent avec content. Skip.
Red flag #4 : she has another "boss". If she's also working with another manager/has another opportunity, she'll divide attention. Expect mediocre results.
Red flag #5 : she's expecting you to create content for her. "Can you take the photos ?". No. She must be owner of content. Otherwise it's not her business, it's you managing a puppet.
La retention des débutantes
First 30 days crucial. If she's happy day 30, she stay. If sad, she quit. Make her feel supported, celebrated, rewarded for progress.
How : celebrate milestones. "You hit 500 followers, amazing !" or "First 100€ earned, celebrate !". Small touches = big impact emotionally.
Also : be available. First 3 months, she has questions, you answer fast. Not "I'll get back to you tomorrow". Now. This builds trust.
Also : help her network avec other creators in your portfolio. "Hey, meet another girl I work with, you two have similar aesthetic, collaborate". Community = bonding avec you.
Le business model pour débutantes
Scénario type : 5 débutantes, average 1500€/month each après 3 mois. You take 30% = 2250€/month from these 5.
Effort : 5 hours/week coaching, helping, promoting. That's 450€/hour effectively. Pretty good.
Scaling : as they grow and need less coaching, your time investment down aber commission stay same. Month 6+ = passive income mostly.
